Algae-UK is pleased to announce their first event: A one-day conference on “Algae and Sustainability” to be held on Thursday 7th November at Brewers Hall, London.
This is a free event showcasing a wide range of technologies and projects that utilise algae and algal products in sustainable ways. A programme of industry and academic speakers is currently being assembled, but are delighted to confirm the following at this stage:
- Michele Stanley, Associate Director for Science, Enterprise and Innovation at SAMS
- Pierre Paslier, Co-Founder at Notpla
- Scott Fulbright, CEO at Living Inks
- Daniel Murray, Managing Director at Industrial Phycology
There will be an opportunity for delegates to present posters at this meeting and there is an option to share an abstract as part of your registration if you wish to do so.
The main programme will be followed by an optional beer tasting and informal networking session from 5pm, for which delegates will need to register separately.
