EBNet Research Colloquium

This year, the Environmental Biotechnology Research Colloquium will be held at the John McIntyre Conference Centre at the University of Edinburgh, starting with a dinner at 7:30 pm on 22 January 2020, and the main conference to be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 23 January 2020. Themes are from the main focus areas of the Network:

• Pollutants and Media
• Biology and Engineering
• Society and Environment and Techno-economics

We will be exploring the challenges in these sectors of EB and how the Network can address these with participation from both academia and industry. Current speakers include Prof. Peter Golyshin, Bangor University; Prof. Steven Yearley, University of Edinburgh; Prof. James Chong, University of York; Prof. Charles Banks, University of Southampton; Prof. Bing Xu, Heriot-Watt University – with more to come.
